Do I need an appointment?

Yes. OSAI Beauty Lounge is appointment-only so every client receives a private, calm, and focused studio experience. This allows enough time for consultation, service preparation, and personalized care without the rush of a busy salon environment. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the details needed for your appointment.

What services do you offer?

OSAI Beauty Lounge offers elevated lip and brow services designed for soft, natural-looking results. Services include Lip Blush, Lip Neutralization, Brow Lamination, and Brow Tint. Each treatment is focused on enhancing your natural features with precision, professionalism, and intentional care.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24–48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but advance notice is required. PMU services require at least 48 hours notice, and brow services require at least 24 hours notice. If the required notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps protect appointment time and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.

What happens if I am late?

Please arrive on time so you can receive your full service without affecting the next client’s appointment. Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a JA$2,000 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.
