What is the difference between Lip Blush and Lip Neutralization?

Lip Blush is designed for light to medium-toned lips to enhance your natural tone and shape for a soft, polished finish. Lip Neutralization is a corrective treatment for clients with dark, cool-toned, or hyperpigmented lips, intended to balance tone and create an even base.

How long is the healing process?

Healing generally takes 6–8 weeks. During this time, you may experience mild swelling, dryness, and flaking. Full aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

To ensure we respect all scheduled clients, we offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a JA$2,000 late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit.

Who is not a candidate for these services?

For your safety, we cannot perform services on clients with active cold sores, open wounds/infections, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please disclose all medical conditions, including history of cold sores, prior to booking, as you may need to consult a healthcare provider regarding antiviral medication.

How do I schedule an appointment?

All services are by appointment only. You can view our availability and book your session directly through our booking platform.

Can I wear makeup after treatment?

It is generally recommended to avoid makeup, skincare, and other products around the treated area until it has fully healed (or as directed by your aftercare guidelines) to prevent irritation and ensure the best retention.

How long does brow lamination last?

Results typically last 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare adherence.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for PMU service cancellations and 24 hours’ notice for Brow services. Failure to provide the required notice results in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Do I need an assessment before booking?

Yes, if you are a first-time lip client, we require an Advanced Lip Assessment. This private consultation allows us to assess your lip tone, undertones, and goals to determine whether Lip Blush or Lip Neutralization is the most suitable path for you.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24–48 hours of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
